In making a donation through the Site or through a linked-to website operated by our payment processor(s) or other Two Gold Rings partners (a "Payment"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Payment, including without limitation your credit card number or other payment account number, and your billing address. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY PAYMENT MEANS USED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PAYMENT. By submitting such information, you grant the Company (or its payment processor(s), or partners) the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of consummating Payments initiated by you or on your behalf. Vendor Administration

By claiming a Vendor you are declaring that you are authorized to provide information about the Vendor and transact on its behalf. Company does not retain liability or responsibility for fraudulent misuse of a claimed Vendor profile to either redirect funds away from the intended Vendor recipient, or for the theft of user data through the misuse of a claimed Vendor profile. Company will use reasonable industry standard methods to validate the identity of a user claiming a Vendor to be authorized to do so.

Termination

You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate your password, account (or any part of your account), or use of a Site or Service, and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with any of these Terms.
